here's a tip.. in most chinese soups, you never ever put salt..

everything else in there will make it savoury already

actually hor .... someone brewed the soup for me ..... it's supposed to be some savoury liang tang made from pears and some stuff I don't recognize .....brewed in slow cooker ....

I was responsible for all other dishes .... sweet and sour pork, bitter gourd and eggs, marinated deep fried chicken wings .... all the meat a bit too salty ...

Just reached the lab.

I think I'll spend this coming weekend reformatting my laptop like how I did my PC last weekend.....

Not that anything's really wrong with it, but it sure would help 'clean out the closet', so to speak....
